As an applicant, you can request for support/advice to help you develop high quality scholarship application documents by contacting us by email. We offer three distinct levels of support:
- a one-to-one advice with a scholarship expert;
- a group chat with an expert;
- a review of an application document with feedback sent to you.
It is important to know that our initiative aims to benefit as many international scholarship applicants as possible by providing free support. However, due to the large volume of requests for support we cannot guarantee a quick turnaround time for feedback. Therefore, we also provide vast resources on our blog and run a series of webinars.
For this reason, we always guarantee faster turnaround time (feedback) for applicants who request for our payable support service for three reasons:
- we rely on goodwill to meet the costs of running this initiative and
- payable services helps us keep doing the good work that many others may also benefit;
- it helps weed out serious applicants from those who would want to benefit but never take action.
We aim to provide substantial feedback/support within a timeframe of two weeks for anyone who requests our payable support service support (small affordable fee).
Due to the thousands of requests for free support, we aim to answer to requests within a calendar month, but this cannot be guaranteed.
We ask that all requests for support be specific –for example, mention scholarship being applied for, specific questions being asked among others; This will assist us provide specific support and/or identify a most suitable advisor for your support request.
